These terms cover your use of this website and of the dispatch line at (626) 879-0276. By using either one, you agree to them. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the site, and call a provider you are comfortable with.
In an emergency, take safety steps first. Shut off the water, stay away from electrical hazards and call 911 for fire, gas or injury.
What this website is
This site gives general information about water damage restoration, mold remediation and related topics for homeowners in La Puente, Baldwin Park, West Covina and Hacienda Heights. It is not engineering, legal, medical or insurance advice. Every home and every loss is different.
The site does not take bookings or collect requests online. To reach us, phone the dispatch line, which is open 24/7.
How the dispatch line works
When you call, we gather the basics and connect you with an independent local crew that is licensed and insured. A same-day visit is possible when crews are free, yet no specific arrival time is guaranteed. Traffic, weather, call volume and access to your property all affect timing.
A phone conversation cannot replace an on-site assessment. Moisture readings from meters and thermal imaging cameras, taken in person, decide what is actually wet and what the work will involve.
Scope and price before work starts
The crew assigned to your property explains the scope of work and the price before work starts. Cost is driven by water category, how much floor and wall area is wet, what materials are involved, how long and with how much equipment the structure must dry, and whether a rebuild follows. Work that is not agreed with you in advance should not begin.
Any contract for repair or restoration is between you and the crew that performs the work. Read it before you sign, and ask for anything you do not understand to be explained.
Insurance and information accuracy
Claim outcomes are between you and your insurer. We make no prediction about them, and our invoices are addressed to the customer, not to a carrier. Typical homeowners policies treat an abrupt pipe failure differently from a slow leak, and flooding generally falls under separate flood coverage. Your own policy wording controls. Check your policy and ask your insurer.
We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but we cannot promise it is complete or current. S500 and S520, both published by ANSI and the IICRC, are industry documents rather than legal requirements, and any provider can be asked if its crews follow them.
What we do not do
- We do not provide waterproofing or foundation repair
- We do not act as a plumber, though crews may recommend one to fix the source
- We do not give medical opinions about mold or air quality
- We do not guarantee that a claim will be approved or that mold will not return
Call recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By continuing a call after being told of this, or by not asking us to stop recording, you accept it. Our privacy page explains how recordings and other call information are handled.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent California law allows, we are not responsible for losses that result from relying on general information on this site, from delays outside our control, or from work performed by independent crews under their own contracts with you. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under California law that cannot be waived.
